What is one way to find a good deal at the hotel? I would say the best way is the extremes book really early or take a chance on booking really late for a date. Early bird specials -like a super saver airline seat can be found or last minute if the hotel has a change in last minute inventory can result in some really good specials. I would say the Early Bird is always good and the last minute may also result in a highest rates

Just make that arrangement with the front desk and sign the paperwork for the extension and rate prior to 11am on Sunday morning and enjoy the entire day in the area and get home just as fast behind the traffic rather than sitting in the traffic on the ride home!

I look and see you are sold out many dates in July and August what should I do? We often are sold out as we have guests that stay 1-3 weeks in the apartments and suites. However call and place your name on waitlist as they often finish up business early and we have last minute openings when that happens and we will call anyone on the waitlist when that happens.

When I want to book a hotel-when do I know if it is the hotel or not (i.e. a secondary source) when I am booking.

Answer: Your best avenue when booking is to KNOW THE HOTEL INTERNET ADDRESS. If you watch the fine print you will often see the site you are on does not belong to the hotel and that should bring a question to your mind. If you do not know the hotel’s direct access internet address call the hotel directly and ask them. Often the information is diluted or with errors the further you get from the source, like the old childhood game of “telephone” and the last person repeating the information is not even close to the reality!

I want to stay with you but there are lots of dates I see are already full, what should I do? Call our front desk 800-452-2191 and waitlist as the availability can change from being sold out to having rooms available - it happens much more often than you think. We check the waitlists weekly….
